Had to wait for a relatively simple repair after a crash (bumper and headlight) 3 (three) months. They did not call when it was ready, and when finally I picked up the car they had to undo the work and find another solution since it did not fit as it should have. This is completely unacceptable. Also they are the only place in the whole county where you can officially fix your pickup truck while in warranty. This sucks. So as much I like their cars, these services, or lack of them don't make for happy customers.
